Dealing with Difficult People

Overview:

Are you surrounded by people who drive you crazy? Would your job be truly great if only you didn't have to deal with "difficult" people? Are you aware that the definition of a "difficult person" is anyone who is NOT YOU? Ay, there's the rub!

Anyone who works with members of the dreaded "General Public." Anyone who must enforce rules or demand compliance. Anyone who is trying to complete a project with co-workers who just won't do it your way. Anyone who interacts frequently with other human beings.

Course Objectives:

Participants will learn and practice 5 tried and true techniques for changing stressful confrontations into successful negotiations:

Course Design:
