Communicating With Style
Everyone agrees that "good communication skills" are essential for organizational and personal success. But what exactly are these skills, and how do you know whether or not you have them or need to get them? This course will answer those questions.
Who Should Take This Course:
Anyone who works with other people. Anyone who needs to learn how to stay in control, listen to other points of view, and deliver accurate oral messages.
Participants will learn and practice techniques for improving their communication skills in 4 critical areas:
Communicating with Style is conducted over 1 day. The total cost includes pre-program interviews with and/or surveys of participants to determine their specific needs. The cost also includes preparation, instruction, and all training materials (substantial manuals) for up to 20 participants.
